The Wedding of Annie & Benji
We were so honoured and lucky to capture both the photos and wedding video for Annie & Benji, it was a delight!
This wedding had it all – set at a palace and with music to match. The bride, Annie, was the calmest person at the wedding and, with 200 people there, that is a serious compliment.
As soon as the ceremony was finished the music started with a New York style band playing them back down the aisle. They then played through the formal photos and into the evening, only stopping to hand over to the evening band, who were also amazing. The dancing started as the couple came in for the first time as Mr & Mrs and only stopped briefly for a spot of food and some impressive speeches. As soon as the dessert was finished, they were on their feet again, and the dancing kept going well into the night.
Annie & Benji were a delight to photograph and video throughout. It was clear the day was an incredible success, and the team loved it! …. Including Trevor the drone who some amazing aerial images.
The most memorable moment for me was seeing Benji’s face when he saw Annie walking down the aisle. And the Groom’s Mum’s mixed look of terror and excitement when she was thrown 10 ft in the air on a chair! (I could not resist putting that photo below)
Addington Palace and their staff are at the very top of their game. Hannah alongside her team cannot do enough for the couples, and best of all, they do it with a smile. You can tell a lot about a venue by the way they treat the suppliers, and we were treated like royalty at the palace.
